Recently, we have developed an exciting new application of our technology in the Anesthesia environment, and we are seeking the right individual to support the early stage of market development. This position will report to the Respiratory Anesthesia Manager and cover Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct selling and educating of our technology through meetings, calls, trainings, presentations, and evaluations
• Identify potential customers through lead generation and strategic prospecting
• Achieve sales budget and growth targets
• Work with current "early adoption" sites promoting the use of our humidification technology in the operating room, outpatient surgical suites, and other areas where patients are at risk for desaturation during procedural sedation and anesthesia to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Identify new hospitals and surgery centers within your territory.
• Grow and expand utilization at existing sites by educating and supporting adoption.
• Develop new sites for evaluations of our products and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in anesthesia and surgical disciplines.
• Serving as the product expert, you will provide in-servicing and education to anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician specialists, and other healthcare professionals across the US anesthesia market.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience and educational background:

• 1-3 years clinical experience with demonstrated career progression, or 2 or more years in hospital sales with demonstrated success and performance.
• Experience in managing a large territory
• Ability to work autonomously
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, or anesthesia technologist is a plus
• Must possess concise and clear written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong presentation skills and interest in upward leadership advancement
• This position will require a minimum of 50% of travel throughout the territory.
• Candidates will currently live in the Greater Chicago area. We do not offer relocation

You will be required to visit your customers and must comply with each healthcare facility's policies to be granted access, which may include submitting to a background screen, vaccination for Covid-19 and/or the flu, providing copies of immunization records, or other health requirements. You will also attend conferences, meetings, and trade shows and must comply with each host's requirements to attend these in-person events.
