We focus on residential service working directly with home owners. We have a small ratio of light commercial work and residential renovation.

  • Excellence in communication with clients. Providing options and solutions
  • Comfortable working with technology- Scheduling, Quotes and Invoicing are all online
  • Has experience in using a Flat Rate Pricing Guide and presenting it to clients
  • Able to adjust to a changing and moving schedule
  • Able to perform electrical safety inspections
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong trouble shooting skills
  • Has the ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
  • Helpful to have have worked with an hourly and bonus plan
Minimum Training, Experience Required
  • 3+ years residential electrician experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide valuable solutions
  • Must have local and state licenses as needed
