Keystone Technologies is looking to take its digital engagement to the next level. This position would be the sole digital marketer on an in-house marketing team. We’re looking for someone with ambition who can first demonstrate success in this role, and then step into a management position and build a digital team within the marketing department.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with a hunger to learn more and take on more responsibility. They like to stay current with digital marketing best practices, continually testing and refining their process. They’re innovative and have a vast digital marketing tool box and are ready to take ownership of their own initiatives.

This role works independently and in collaboration with other creative professionals to ensure all digital content is searchable, shareable, and genuinely engaging.

As we continue to grow we’re looking for a qualified individual to serve as our company’s Digital Marketing Strategist. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will play a key role in Keystone’s marketing success.

A typical day for the Digital Marketing Strategist includes the following:

  • Lead management of Keystone’s digital touch points through creation, execution and management of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Lead the collaborative effort to develop and execute on social media paid campaigns

  • Manage, update and track Keystone’s website and review analytics with GA, setting KPIs, monitoring visitor behavior, conversions, and making recommendations as needed

  • Perform keyword research for all new website content

  • Execute and track email campaigns, monitoring performance and making recommendations on conversion optimization and marketing automation journeys

  • Increase engagement with Keystone’s YouTube channel

  • Have a solid understanding of content strategy and its role in UX, with ability to make recommendations

We encourage you to apply if you meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing

  • Experience with B2B marketing

  • Google Analytics certified preferred

  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus

  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns

  • Understanding of email best practices and conversion optimization techniques

  • Demonstrated success with SEO utilizing both onsite and offsite tactics

  • Ability to write effective search optimized content for web pages and PPC ads

  • Deep understanding of social media

  • Familiar with WordPress and content management systems

  • Experience with ad retargeting is a bonus

  • Dedication to updating skill sets and maintaining best practices

  • Interest in exploring new software platforms for managing digital content

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners throughout the organization

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical with incredible attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills
