Job Description

A fast-paced company is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Oxygen team. This CSR will work with patients who utilize our Oxygen therapy service and assist them with any questions/concerns they may have regarding their treatment or equipment pick up.

Monday thru Friday daytime schedule with mandatory overtime as needed. The starting wage for this position is $12 hourly plus bonus incentive. Great benefits available!

Remote employees must provide your own computer equipment and have a quiet/private working environment that is free of distractions and external background noise. Computer requirements:

  • Internet: high speed (min 25mbps), hard wired, < 50ms, < 5% deviation
  • Processor: Intel Core or Intel Pentium >2GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB+ of RAM
  • Browser: IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  • Operating System: Win10 1909
  • Monitor: dual 20” monitors each capable of displaying 1024x768 pixels
  • Sound: sound card installed (standard in most computers)
  • Virus Protection: up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode
  • Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset
  • Accessories: webcam (optional), wireless mouse, keyboard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
