Job Description

Contract Recruiter – Immediate Start

Our client has an immediate need for a contract recruiter to effectively source and manage full life cycle recruitment efforts.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. Work hours are flexible. Although our client is based in the Philadelphia area, this position can be performed remotely. Occasional travel to the office and local job fairs may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sourcing methods such as internal and external postings, social networking, and internet research to identify passive and active candidates
  • Manage and coordinate full life cycle recruitment efforts including:
  • Working with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs
  • Creating and placing job advertisements
  • Interviewing candidates throughout various stages of the hiring process
  • Coordinate phone screenings and onsite in-person meetings
  • Initiating background checks
  • Compiling offer packages
  • Onboarding of new hire/s
  • Benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding efforts due to acquisitions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with an emphasis on communication and efficiency in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process.
  • Organize and attend college, community, and agency job fairs, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, networking, managing candidate pipeline, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Recruiting experience with clinical and/or behavioral health industry is preferred
  • Experience using recruiting systems and tools including ATS, social media, job boards, LinkedIn, and other innovative methods
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; structured
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
