Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Supports the relocating employees of assigned clients by coordinating authorized services; Serves as single point of contact for service suppliers to assure a high level of service; May administer a variety of move types such as and not limited to renters, lump sum, expense files, marketing only, non-home sale, negotiated benefits, limited benefits, destination only or marketing and destination, interns/temporary assignees or candidates; May also serve as single point of contact for transferee;.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers service excellence in accordance with operational service goals.

  • Delivers services in accordance with Cartus and client policies and procedures,.

  • Reviews and coordinates client's benefit package per client policy with relocating employees.

  • Manages caseload volume according to model which includes variety of services and complexity authorized by the client.

  • Contacts the relocating employee to review policy for services authorized.

  • Performs "needs assessment" for each relocating employee to assist with rental search, pre-marketing, household goods, lease cancellation, expense management, temporary housing or home purchase assistance.

  • Coordinates marketing assistance through utilization of the Cartus Broker Network of agents for both home sellers and home buyers who are relocating.

  • Coordinates the transferring employee's rental search with a Cartus preferred/Client directed supplier and/or broker in the geographical areas needed.

  • Prepares estimated budgets for each relocating employee if applicable in client service agreement.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for relocating employee.

  • Follows up with suppliers assigned for updates on rental search, home purchase and household goods move and other duties as assigned.

  • Manages and ensures weekly compliance with CAD reports, position and follow up on customer surveys, and enter survey request dates timely.

  • Assures data integrity by entering appropriate data into system and understands ramifications to other departments if data is missing.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2 – 5 years of experience providing administrative assistance to work teams and Management required.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as email requests and instructions, client policy, procedure manuals and process diagrams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Proven ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and provide proactive follow-up to ensure timely problem resolution.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Windows based industry software.

  • Experience with Cartus systems, i.e. Atlas, and HEXa plus.

  • Keyboarding skills by touch.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and proactively drive the customer experience to ensure service excellence.

  • Provide timely responses to Consultants, Management, Clients and Customers.

  • Ability to consistently maintain company-required service goals.
