Job Description
Overview:Sign-On Bonus Eligible! $7,500 for RNs with 1+ years experience (external candidates) and $5,000 for New Graduates (internal & external candidates)
20% Weekend Differential
POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 5 out of every 6 weekends.
Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BSN within 6 years of hire date Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BSN Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Job seekers will be afforded equal opportunity regardless of their race, ethnicity, veteran status or disability status.
