Job Description
A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for the pre and post anesthesia patient and their families in collaboration with all other members of the health care team through the nursing process and in conjunction with the policies and procedures of Stamford Health System. The nurse will be cross trained to work in phase 1 and phase 2 PACU and pre-op areas.
Location: Tully Health Center Ambulatory PACU, 32 Strawberry Hill Ct, Stamford, CT 06902.
Shift: Rotating day shifts, 8 hours/shift. Shift could be as early as 6:00am and as late as 7:00pm depending on which area you are covering.

Required Skills
Current CT RN license required; BSN highly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years nursing experience in either a hospital or ambulatory surgical center setting required ICU experience highly desirable Perianesthesia certification preferred
