Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
  • Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers according to OFCCP laws
  • Ability to work with a closely integrated team
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive and out-going personality
  • Ability to write compelling employment ads
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute for formal education
  • Five plus years recruiting experience required
  • Previous experience recruiting foodservice professionals
  • Prior experience working with a staffing agency or headhunting firm is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR and EEOC policies
  • Experience working with diversity initiatives
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Outstanding computer competence to include, Internet, MS Office Products, e-mail functions, Adobe Acrobat and knowledgeable of web-based job boards
