Registered Dental Hygienist

***FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - FULL TIME OR PART-TIME***

Dr. Sarah Langhorst has a privately-owned, growing dental practice in Holland, MI that seeks a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist. We focus on quality, patient-centered care and a work culture that fosters growth and job fulfillment. We value and encourage team member contributions towards the betterment of our service and ways to improve our practice. We are not an insurance driven office, and provide 60 min for recare appointments with a focus on prevention. Our periodontal program allows adequate time for personalized care.

Our ideal hygiene candidate will:

• Have a passion for dentistry & provide excellent customer service in a personable, positive manner
• Have knowledge of dental diseases, proper nutrition and its effect on dental health
• Have the ability to take blood pressure
• Be skilled in the use of an ultrasonic scaler and any other necessary equipment
• Be skilled in taking quality radiographs including FMX, Panorex, bitewings, and anterior/posterior PAs
• Have the ability to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide if licensed
• Have a "team" mindset to help others as needed
• Be experienced working in a digital office with computerized charts
• Have a valid hygiene license for the state of Michigan
• Have a valid radiology certificate
• Be current with CPR, HIPAA, OSHA regulations

We offer patient care 4 days a week: Mondays 8am-6pm, Tuesdays 8am-5pm, Wednesdays 7am-3pm, and Thursdays 8am-5pm. Our compensation package includes competitive wages and benefits for full-time positions.
