Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Fantastic career opportunity to work in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Aspire Child & Family Services is hiring TSS/BHT/RBT staff experienced in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Behavioral Disorders (BD). Additionally, we are happy to provide training and supervision to professionals looking to advance their ABA career.

This would be a great fit for someone who completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Education/Social Work within the past few years and is passionate about helping children.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection (including progress notes after each visit).
  • Behavior Plan Implementation.
  • Problem behavior reduction strategies.
  • Skill acquisition programming.
  • Evenings and/or weekends may be required at times.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree (or currently enrolled in a program).
  • Clear all state and federal background checks, including child abuse, FBI fingerprinting, criminal record check, etc.
  • Mandated Reporter Certificate.
  • PA driver’s license check.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid.
  • Must have an automobile, current inspection, and current insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
