Registered Behavioral Technician!


** Entry level PAID virtual training! **

**Pay is up to: $19/hour**

Who You Are:

  • Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Compassionate, caring, energetic and flexible
  • Available to work flexible part time schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM-6PM OR 3PM-7PM with optional weekend availability.
  • You have experience working with children in any capacity and love building relationships
  • You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • Comfortable commuting to dual environments (home or local center if applicable) with reliable transportation

What You’ll Do:

  • Change the lives of our clients and their families by working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism
  • Directly serve a community in need
  • Implement individualized Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction Plans designed by our BCBAs
  • Mentor new team members as they launch their ABA careers
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client progress
  • Opportunity to grow and learn professionally and personally within the ABA field

Behavioral Skills Therapist:

You will be making an active difference in the lives of children! 1 in 54 children are diagnosed with Autism. Our company helps these individuals develop new behaviors and skills while also investing in your ABA career development.
