We are seeking a passionate and inspirational Regional Vice President of Sales to join the Otus leadership team to help us scale our sales team to the next level of growth.

Your Role*

  • Ensure that Otus is able to execute on our revenue strategy that drives new customer acquisition.
  • Monitor the K12 education marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
  • Collaborate with operations, product management, marketing, and client success leaders to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop new business, as well as manage, service and grow existing relationships with schools, dioceses, and organizations responsible for or involved in the private school market, within a defined geographic territory.
  • Represent Otus at various education conventions, as well as sales and marketing regional events, meetings and gatherings for prospective districts.
  • Monitor, coach and support team member’s pipeline build toward the achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Develop an annual sales plan for a defined geography.
  • Lead and manage a high performance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or Business with previous education professional experience (classroom or administrator) desired.
  • Experience with revenue ownership in a SaaS business with a successful track record and demonstrable business expansion and growth.
  • Successful track record in working across sales, marketing, success, and product teams to support delivery on company revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to use data, to be honest, transparent, and inspirational.
  • Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Previous sales leadership experience with the ability to be hands on, lead change and take others with you.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook when facing customer challenges.
