Job Description

US LBM, a leading distributor and manufacturer of building materials in the United States; is looking for a dynamic, experienced industry leader to join our team as Regional Vice President of Operations in our Western Region. The Regional Vice President is responsible for regional profitability and direct oversight of multiple division leaders within the Western region.

In the role of Regional Vice President of Operations, you will:

  • Develop and execute corporate and regional initiatives and growth plans
  • Provide strategic and tactical direction and support to divisions within your region
  • Report to executive leadership on financial performance, operational excellence and working capital performance
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, insuring organization consistency and optimization of shared service matrix
  • Support locations by assisting in identifying short- and long-term solutions and driving best practices across the entire region and organization

Qualifications:

  • Successfully managed a P&L of $400MM
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple divisions
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Experience managing financial, capital expenditure and working capital budgets
  • 10+ year Manufacturing and Distribution experience in building materials strongly preferred
