Summary/Objective
This position responsible for developing new accounts while growing and servicing existing accounts. These accounts include but are not limited to Distributors, Service Centers, Mobile Repair Customers, Specialty Retailer Stores, as well as Local Retail Dealership locations in the territory. You will bring LCI products and business solutions to the marine aftermarket channel representing all Lippert marine brands (Taylor Made, Lewmar, Sureshade).
Essential Functions

  • While working independently you will identify, learn and comprehend your customers operations.
  • Utilize your expertise of Lippert parts, accessories, and customer service benefits to devise customer solutions to meet their present and future needs.
  • You will combine sales and prospecting skills with your Lippert product knowledge and recommend profitable solutions that expand our business collectively.
  • Lead the Lippert field efforts with new product launches and service/benefit introductions.
  • Work with our existing distributor partners and other industry partners to grow the Lippert presence and achieve sales plan and company goals.
  • Create/ maintain new relationships with outside markets to contribute to sales profits.

Physical Demands

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Any additional schedule requirements will be decided by the team leader.
Travel
Travel would be 75%+ for this role.
Required Education and Experience
  • 5+ years Retail sales experience

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Sales experience in the Marine industry
