Regional Manager

Analyze and evaluate the economic strength of complex and challenging

the marketplace within the district; develop all store policies and implement marketing standards district-wide; lead the collection and analysis of data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand; lead the research of market conditions in the potential regional area by collecting data on customer

preferences and buying habits; develop human capital through proactive recruitment, selection, and scheduling; develop and manage operational budgets; develop and implement short- and long-term goals; identify and develop new business opportunities within the operational area (i.e. distribution flow improvements, merchandising display efforts, store growth, and real estate site selection, recruiting strategy, training and development priorities, employee relations, customer service, systems implementation, etc.); maintain and develop relationships with current vendors and source new vendors; prepare business plans and make business process recommendations to all stores in the district; ensure area annual sales growth that meets or exceeds company targets through quality orders and efficient flow processes; protect company assets through the development of loss prevention plans and expense efficiencies; dispatch central warehouse and transportation centers.

MBA Required. Must have two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience as a Market Research Analyst. Prior experience must include experience collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand; researching market conditions in the potential regional area by collecting data on customer preferences and buying habits
