As Watermark continues to grow and thrive we are looking for an experienced plant operations specialist with multisite experience. We welcome candidates not only from the senior housing industry but from the hospitality, property management and healthcare industry!
For is the right candidate will Have a solid background in capital budget development and execution, will be a strong leader and lend support to our communities for project management, plant operations, maintenance, housekeeping and environmental services.
To be successful in this position we want candidates to have a proven background in financial management, business acumen the ability to develop and grow talent through support and attention to detail at all your communities.
