Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager - PCD

**Location of the role is highly flexible**

Marsh Bellofram Group based in Newell, WV, just outside of the Pittsburgh, PA Metro area consists of multiple industry leading brands focused on industrial control and measurement. We are experiencing strong growth and need to expand our team. Products include pressure regulators, gauges, high precision pneumatic controls, engineered rubber and silicone components, critical space motor protection and industrial process timing instruments. Our customers are in a wide array of markets such as medical, energy, manufacturing, water treatment, utilities, aerospace and defense.

Regional Business Development Manager Position Function: This role will focus on driving net new customer group across multiple brands within the group. These brands sell high performance sell critical pressure regulation components used in Automation under the Bellofram and Belgas brands and motor protection, timing and IoT products under the ATC, Diversified and Sensert brands. Products are sold either through channel partners or direct to OEM’s who then use our critical components to sell a complete solution. These brands have a 100+ year history of providing very high reliability components and we need an energetic sales leader to fuel further growth in the business. The role with be highly focused on identifying new potential end user clients to drive growth. The products are designed and primarily manufactured at our facility in Newell WV just outside of Pittsburgh.

Regional Business Development Manager Responsibilities: To include but not limited to the following:

  • Drive specification of Bellofram branded components into end user OEM product.
  • Prospect and drive profitable revenue growth for the business unit.
  • Maintain target pipeline levels and close rates to allow for revenue achievement.
  • Work as a team with application engineering, customer service and inside sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training events at channel partners and represent the brands at regional trade shows.
  • Manage channel partner sales activity for the respective brands and drive marketing initiatives at the accounts.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships through planned individual account support, liaison with appropriate Distribution and with individual account support where.

Regional Business Development Manager Job Specifications:

  • Excellent communication skills are key as you will be the primary contact between a vast customer base and the business. You will need interface with diverse set of contacts at accounts from C level, engineers, and customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years in General industry selling with extensive knowledge and experience in sales and account management and the ability to understand technical products
  • General MS office, SF.Com, business analytic/finance skills
  • 4 year degree from accredited college or university
