Incredible Pizza Company is a 1950s-themed family entertainment center that features an amazing buffet with over 100 food items (were best known for our Incredible pizzas) and a game room full of entertainment like go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games-all under one roof!

Not to brag, but we were named Top Entertainment Center of the World' by the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) TWICE!

Position Description

The Redemption Employee at Americas Incredible Pizza Company assists customers in redeeming virtual tickets they've earned for a variety of prizes. You'll assist customers with questions, and you may potentially help with operations in the game room. This individual must treat all fellow teammates and managers in the department with respect and support, ensuring a neat and fun department to work in.

Position Requirements, Responsibilities, and Perks:

• Enjoys working in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere
• Possesses the ability and patience to work with queue lines of adults and children of all ages
• Maintain and restock prizes as customers redeem their tickets
• Requires good physical condition and strength. No, you do not need to be a bodybuilder for this position, but you will need the ability to stand for long periods of time and move supplies/equipment.
• Assists in maintaining a neat, clean, and organized redemption counter and storage area
• Perform duties as assigned by Redemption Manager and other managers
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, fun, and courteous way
• Possesses ability to work with some computers and technology
• Well-groomed and neat appearance

This is a part-time position with varying schedules. Weekends and evenings may be required.
