Recruitment/Marketing Intern

This internship offers the opportunity to gain a broad range of marketing skills and will provide exposure to public relations, brand strategy, internal communications, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital marketing strategies and reporting on outcomes

• Assist with content development for multiple formats (digital, print, etc.)

• Coordinate internal requests for printed collateral and other materials

• Assist with project management and support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

• Prepare presentations

• Assist with distribution marketing materials

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• Support the planning and execution of events

Requirements

• The ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently

• Must be extremely organized and able to project manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Passion for high-quality work and attention to detail

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with digital marketing (google analytics, social media, etc.)

• Passion for marketing and its best practices

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in marketing, communication, public relations or related field
