Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer (Temp)

Temporary Assignment

Term: 6+ months (subject to change without notice)

Hours: 40 hours/week; Mon-Fri, 8 AM -5 PM (can flex if needed)

Rate: $45-$50/hour depending on experience

Location: Remote/Work from home (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone)

The Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer for Lam’s Global Ops US Talent Acquisition Team functions as the team’s ambassador to internal and external stakeholders and candidates, ensuring a positive, professional experience. This role requires an ownership mentality with pride in the quality of your work.

Job Duties

• Provide recruiting support for 2 corporate full-cycle recruiters
• Review candidate pools and assist with short-listing best qualified talent
• Complete phone screens
• Schedule internal and external interviews
• Assist with processing hires
• Source talent from the applicant tracking system (Success Factors)

• Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Two+ years’ experience supporting corporate full-cycle recruiting
• Some recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
