Recruiter (on-site, Full-time Or Part-time)

We are looking for a Recruiter (on-site, may be full-time or part-time). As a member of our Human Resources team, you are the face of the brand, a day maker, and the cornerstone of our employees’ experience from beginning to end.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Initial point of contact for applicants concerning recruiting issues
• Administers and maintains records for drug test results, background and reference checks
• Conducts phone screens, reference checks, and schedules interviews
• Update internal and external job postings on weekly basis
• Maintains all phases of the interviewing and selection process up to and including prescreening, phone screens, interviews, reference checks and other aspects of the on-boarding process
• Use various sourcing techniques to solicit candidates and generate applicant flow.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• You aspire to provide an elevated customer service experience and create long-lasting memorable experiences.
• You are able to multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining a positive, professional manner
• Thinking on your feet and handling challenges like a PRO, you have a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement
• You are able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 2 - 3 years of HR/Recruiting experience preferred
