Job Description
This position will be a remote work from home position, with occasional travel to Corp and/or partner sites.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Talent Acquisitions with the following abilities and skills:
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Solutions/Development, the Recruiter will participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal/external sources of talent, and identification of top performers for Corporate and partner openings.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Talent Acquisitions with the following abilities and skills:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
- Previous experience recruiting passive candidates and possess the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct screenings and in-depth interviews of potential candidates, ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent that contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implement new processes, and fine-tuning current Recruiting processes.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, reporting on, and managing candidates.
