This position may require office days as needed. Must live within a commutable distance from one of our 12 offices.

Duties and responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Provide sourcing, recruiting support and consultation to hiring managers
  • Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand the business and talent needs
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative staffing solutions
  • Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and establish immediate and long-term candidate pipelines
  • Communicate and promote the PBMares employment brand
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines and talent communities through name generation, networking, internet searches and research
  • Propose diversity strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Oversee job posting quality to ensure they accurately reflect job qualifications and effectively communicate with the target audience
  • Drive operational excellence and compliance with a high set of recruitment standards
  • Screen candidates to ensure fit
  • Facilitate candidate assessment processes
  • Manage the interview process to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational needs, long-term strategies and core competencies
  • Serve as a candidate advocate, managing the candidate experience and providing superior candidate care
  • Partner with human resources to prepare and deliver job offers
  • Facilitate the background check process
  • Document and maintain all necessary sourcing and selection data in alignment with compliance and risk management requirements
  • Assist with facilitation of candidate onboarding process to ensure high level of candidate care and nurturing occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment. May assist with new employee orientation delivery as needed.
  • Stays abreast of best and/or competitive practices and provides competitive intelligence in a timely manner to appropriate individuals
  • Seeks development opportunities on newest talent acquisition strategies or tools.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Advanced skills in using recruitment databases
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills required, particularly Outlook & Scheduling
  • Candidate research techniques preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to work effectively and influence across a highly matrixed, multi-location organization
  • Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients is required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated maintenance of internal/competitive market conditions
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Knowledge of employment law as it relates to talent acquisition
  • Minimum of three years recruiting experienced (required)
  • Ability to lead teams and influence leaders

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • One or more years of college recruiting for direct hires or internships/co-ops
  • Experience recruiting for a public accounting firm
  • Experience leading Campus Recruitment initiatives
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience developing and growing an employment brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.00 - $27.00 per hour
