We are a well-established and busy packaging manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ seeking an experienced Production Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments.

We are a well-established and busy packaging manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ seeking an experienced Production Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Familiar and comfortable with recruiting production employees for all shifts (day and night - 12 hour shifts) including machine operators, assemblers, inspectors, and other general production employee roles through the utilization of job boards, postings, social media and networking.
- This role will require the ability to maintain a consistent candidate flow as our company grows.
