Scope of Positions
The Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources. The Recruiter will perform full cycle recruiting and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions
  • Develop recruiting collateral, job postings, and other tools to build our employment brand and candidate experience
  • Network through industry contacts, associate memberships, trade groups, and current employees (referral program) in support of passive candidate recruitment efforts
  • Partner with vendors and contracted agencies as required
  • Partner with hiring managers by providing guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for the team
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while also ensuring a quality and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the company’s applicant tracking system and provide reports for assignments as required
  • Ensure compliance with policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law and recruiting regulations, especially as they relate to sourcing and the employment brand
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience preferred
Competencies
  • Ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for finding the best talent, and is someone that thrives in an active environment. Must maintain high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and to provide advice to hiring managers.
  • Comfort with high volume recruiting
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking system
