Job Description
KLIK is a startup on a mission to change the ad agency world. KLIK creates revenue and value for clients through performance marketing, data, technology infrastructure and strategy. Our growing company is based in Arlington, VA.
About the Position:
KLIK is looking for a recruiter to help grow our team of talent across the company. Candidates should have a strong desire to help build a small agency into the best agency in the world through hiring the right people, and be passionate about digital marketing.

To be successful, this person MUST be very comfortable with a fast-moving environment, and must learn to wear multiple hats on top of hiring and onboarding new talent. We are looking for someone who loves building processes from the ground up.

This role is not a good fit for someone looking for explicit daily direction, and a successful candidate must be highly curious. It is an excellent opportunity to learn fast and make an impact. Candidates must be comfortable pivoting strategy as needed to help scale KLIK. Responsibilities:
    • Sources, builds and manages a hiring pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, & Lever HRIS system
    • Responsible for the hiring of all new employees for KLIK across all seniority levels.Run an efficient, inclusive interview process.
    • Leads all stages of the recruiting pipeline from sourcing candidates to phone screens, to case reviews and qualification to scheduling post-interview support.
    • Leads all communications with prospective employees and applicants.
    • Partners with the CEO and KLIK leadership to understand the organization’s goals, structure and gaps and executes on hiring to meet business goals.
    • Manages the onboarding process for new employees, including training resources and scheduling.
Skills needed to be successful in the role:
    • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or human resources management
    • Clear, concise communication with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail
    • Delivers work on time and meets deadlines
    • Independently problem-solve and develop solutions based on identified needs
    • Brings a positive, attitude to their work, is a go-getter
    • Collaborates with leadership, peers and employees to achieve hiring goals
    • Identifies cost or time-saving opportunities within existing systems and tools
    • Professional certifications in HR such as PHR, SHRM-CP or other certificates in Human Resources Management is a plus but not a requirement
    • Prior experience in talent acquisition and management for a marketing agency or a technology company is a plus
