Position Summary

The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls, taking/ delivering messages to personnel, and answering questions for callers regarding the organization including address, directions, etc. They will also welcome on-site visitors, assist them appropriately, and always provide excellent customer service to both the visitors and fellow staff members. The Receptionist may also perform other administrative or clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating as needed.
