Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, upbeat chiropractic assistant to add to our team. In our office, health and wellness focus is one of the highest priories and it must be yours as well. As a growing family chiropractic office, children are becoming our number one priority so working with kiddos of all ages is a must. Confident communication skills with children and adults alike is needed as we work diligently to educate and motivate our patients to take proactive approaches to getting and staying healthy.

What you will do

Job duties include but are not limited to direct interactions/communication with patients of all ages, front desk duties i.e. answering phones, scheduling, accepting payments for services, as well as assistance with patient flow through the office. Insurance Billing/Coding and Accounts receivable are an important part of this position. Participation in internal and external marketing projects and events is a must. Some cross training of diagnostic technology utilized in the office is possible.

What you need

• Two-year degree or more preferred but not required

• Customer service training and/or marketing experience is a plus but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required

• A desire to learn and implement a healthy lifestyle

• Ability to interact with people of all ages and provide excellent customer service

• Work Schedule is Monday to Thursday, most weekends off. You must have flexibility as some weekends may be required

• Since we are a growing office, willingness to learn, and eagerness for continued training is important. There will be opportunities for continued growth through occasional local trainings and CE as well as paid travel to other locations for training
