DLA Piper is seeking a real estate finance lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience for our Investment Management & Real Estate Capital Markets group. This position is open to other US offices. The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. The candidate will represents various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, property management, restructurings, distressed debt sales, complex financings and development of commercial real estate.
