Job Description

As a market player in the appraisal industry, we strive to deliver accurate valuations in a timely matter. We provide professional and credible appraisals for appraisal management companies, real estate brokers, banks, financial institutions, and private clients.

While the main office provides direction and support, inspectors are expected to work independently and efficiently. The role’s work flow is based on clients’ assignments, requirements and location. The main office will provide direction and support, while inspectors are expected to maintain their responsibilities. The turnaround time for reports and inspections are expected daily.

Responsibilities/Requirements include but are not limited to:

· Assess a property in terms of its condition, occupancy and management

· Inspection of exterior and interior homes in various neighborhoods

· Underwriting commercial and residential appraisals

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good computer/technology skills

· Research analysis/Ad-Hoc research

· Investment analysis for future developments

· Preferably one to three years of real estate/construction experience

Responsibilities will include-but are not limited to writing commercial and residential appraisals, keeping good relations with clients, focusing on our new development project, marketing and advertising for the company, sending out mailings, updating database and appraisal approval list with client banks, researching the neighborhoods and cities, and ad-hoc research. In addition, the Analyst will conduct market surveys for forecasting purposes, develop new market opportunities for the firm, and assist the principal in day-to-day operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Analysis Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
