Job Description
Stamford Health is looking for a per-diem Radiology Facilitator.
The Radiology Facilitator is responsible for facilitating the timely interpretation of routine and time-sensitive Radiologic exams based upon onsite and offsite interpretative service coverage. This position will monitor and manage PACS worklists to ensure established imaging report turnaround times are met, assist the Radiologist with the timely delivery of non-routine findings, and will provide high level customer service to the referring community and care teams.
Hours of operation are 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday rotating weekends and Holidays and covering PTO/Sick days
Required Skills
- High school diploma.
- One year of similar experience desirable.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills required.
