Job Description
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our System Architecture team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance PwC’s system capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map PwC capabilities to business needs outlined by clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience:
2 year(s) of serving as a technical analyst for out of the box and standard methodologies on various ecosystems of Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree Preferred:
Bachelor Degree

Preferred Fields of Study:
Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems

Certification(s) Preferred:

Salesforce Certified App Builder and any additional Advanced, Administrator, Designer, Developer, Architect & Consultant Certifications are a plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs, emphasizing the following:

  • Understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and the SDLC development methodology (Agile/Scrum);
  • Working and communicating with Business Analysts and Architects on requirements, implementation approaches and solutions;
  • Assessing the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com end users across Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and Operations, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations;
  • Adapting to rapid changes and understanding the severity and impact of these changes in order to support and use future technology;
  • Utilizing analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; and,
  • Displaying attention to detail in executing and reviewing the work of others to establish quality standards that are achieved.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, emphasizing the following:

  • Understanding and application of Salesforce.com best practices, functionality, setup & configuration and general architecture;
  • Demonstrating proven ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner;
  • Utilizing Salesforce Technological Product Suites (Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, etc.);
  • Understanding third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and ability to document an end-to-end process;
  • Understanding non-functional requirements related to access control, security, performance, or integrations, to conduct requirements elicitation, validation and analysis meetings with appropriate stakeholders;
  • Performing Fit/Gap analysis, supporting testing activities, and producing deliverables related to the project or projects assigned;
  • Consulting and advising Developers when they have challenges in building a technical solution;
  • Understanding personal and team roles;
  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members;
  • Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; and,
  • Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives in different phases simultaneously.
