We are looking for a Purchasing/Production Assistant. This position support LA plant materials purchasing and production cost analysis.

Job Duty:

  • Issue purchase orders and work orders based on production schedule and inventory levels
  • Data entry to ensure PO dates and quantities are always updated based on inventory receipts
  • Manage, analyze and audit BOMs tied to production to ensure accuracy of data
  • Monitor inventory levels at different warehouses
  • Purchase, coordinate and track inbound/outbound
  • Production cost analysis

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Bachelors (Preferred)
  • Bilingual (English & Chinese - Mandarin)
  • 1-2 years of Production, Planning or Inventory experience
  • General understanding of operations and supply chain procedures
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Working intermediate level knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and purchasing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong analytical mindset
  • Strong organization and documentation skills
  • ERP, OR MRP Experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No Remote Work
