Pump Attendant Part Time

JOB TITLE: Pump Attendant

REPORTS TO: Site Manager

The role of a Pump Attendant will provide service to customers such as pump gasoline, greet customers, conduct customer transactions and other assigned duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly service to customers
• Operate cash register to enter a convenience store and gasoline purchases
• Greet and assist customers
• Assist with fuel dispensers
• Account for all monies
• Clean gas pumps and surrounding areas
• Light janitorial duties, collect and dispose of trash, wash windows, clean and maintain equipment, lot, car wash and building interior/exterior,
• Maintain car wash
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift
• Must be flexible to work various schedules such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Must have the ability to accurately handle money
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and co-workers
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated $14.25-$18.00
