Job Description
**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!!**
Provides Clinical Services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric clients who are mentally ill, chemically dependent, dually diagnosed and mentally ill/developmentally disabled. This includes individual, family, group counseling, psychiatric consultations. Provides emergency services as needed.
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience and licensed LCSW
Location: Good Samaritan Hospital - INDIANA · Samaritan Center Riverfront
Schedule: Full Time Permanent, Day Shift, **$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!!** Mon-Fri 8:00a-7:00p (Hours could vary), weekends off
