Job Description
We are currently looking for a Property Manager to provide leadership and direction to the property and maintenance staff. Collaborate with resident services staff, create a positive team enviroment, provide great customer service to our residents, and help us build a vibrant commnity for seniors. Also, you will have the support and mentoring of experienced property leadership. We are excited to grow our presense in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma with more affordable housing for seniors.   • Developed and implemented safety processes for all worksites and provided protective equipment for all staff, to ensure that onsite staff is safe and is secure performing essential work.
  • Limited number of staff onsite at properties to enable everyone to safely distance while completing critical tasks.

**This is a brief description summarizing the abilities needed for the position.**

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Professional certification in property or affordable housing management preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of administrative, accounting, customer service, and/or supervisory experience preferred. Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties preferred. Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws. Experience being accountable for financials. Experience with Yardi, OneSite or other property management software will be a big plus!

A successful candidate will relate well to people from diverse backgrounds. Work in a collaborative manner and in a team environment. Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing. Interpret and understand financial information generated from property management software reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
