Project Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of professional and efficient installation services for our customers.
• Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
• Assist with planning and performing regular and comprehensive training programs.
• Perform regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements are being met.
• Attend construction project job meetings for larger projects.
• Assist and support the Sales Department with system design.
• Identify potential issues that could impact project profit margins including labor overages, wire and hardware usage, lift rental, etc.
• Ensure proper care and tracking of inventory in technician vehicles and warehouses.
• Ensure technicians are adhering to all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Support installation scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and technicians from other offices on projects that they are involved in. This may include training, scheduling and technical support.
• Assist with programming and commissioning of complex or large systems.
• Exhibit leadership and provide mentoring to the Installation Team.
