Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

The primary scope includes:

  • Program Management: Manage all domains of Program Management - Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, Benefits Management, Program Life Cycle, and Strategic Alliance.
  • SDLC: Through knowledge of all the SDLC (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile) documents and guide PMs on it.
  • Share SDLC documents Coming Due and Overdue emails to all PMs every Monday
  • Ensure all Programs and Projects are marked completed by End of the Year
  • New Programs and Projects are created at Start of the Year
  • Good understanding of artifacts needs under Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
  • Enable all documents in Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
  • Enable all documents in Waterfall, Iterative & Agile Methodology at the initiative, program & project level
  • Govern Milestone RAGs, Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log
  • Project Management Quality Control (PMQC): Ensure all Global Programs and Projects have 100% compliance to metrics setup by ICG Org PMO and get a 100% score in Program Health Check, Spot Check, PMQC, and SDLC Adherence.
  • Deep understanding of all the rules created by ICG Org PMO and mentoring team on these rules throughout the year
  • Oversight Projects: Oversight of all Knowledge Areas of PM Scope, Cost, Time, Quality, etc. BOW, Program, and Project Financial Management: Independently manage the Financials of all CPB Onboarding Programs and Projects with an overall budget of $ 10-15 million.
  • This would require submission of Run the bank, Tech Mandatory, Regulatory & Discretionary BOW on SharePoint, participating in Program Cost and Time estimations, distribution of approved budget to applications based on the impact, and reviewing the Forecast and Actuals of Projects every month.
  • Transparent and Consistent Status Reporting: Independently create highly impactful presentations for Senior Management (D, MD level) covering the status and health of all Regulatory Programs and Projects
  • Create a reporting calendar and share it with all PM BAs at the start of the month so that they are well aware of all the upcoming reports Any Adhoc report required by management
  • Delivery stakeholder mapping Create a visible map for all delivery key Stakeholder Map across all regions for various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
  • Hiring Support Global and Regional Leads in Hiring of PM/BAs (both employees and contractors) by liaison with Citi Business Managers, Chief of Staff, Suppliers
  • Time Reporting: Ensure time reporting of all Employees and T&M is done as per the Project allocation


Knowledge/Experience:

  • 12+ years of Total experience as Delivery lead, Project/Program Manager
  • Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management, etc.)
  • Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
  • Strong in Project management tools MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management, etc.) in various forum
  • Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Demonstrated Leadership track records of creating value for the Organization
  • Ability to work with teams across the globe
