Project Manager

Interior Logic Group - Property Services, formerly known as CriterionBrock, a leading supplier of flooring to the multi-family housing industry, is looking to add a talented Commercial Account Executive/ Project Manager to their team.
Pay: Base plus commissions
Position Summary
Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales goals by maintaining and increasing opportunities with existing core customers and prospecting new accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet sales plan annually through ability to develop, prioritize, organize and execute a plan by territory and by customer.
• Identify customer challenges and provide actionable solutions, while prioritizing where to find the best opportunities in order to add new customers to a territory.
• Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external customers to build satisfaction and customer loyalty through consistent contact, listening to and identifying their needs, and providing quick response and problem resolution.
• Effective customer facing and networking through involvement in industry functions.
• Build business while maintaining high margins through effective product and service knowledge and ability to select and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide resolution to customer concerns/problems that are mutually beneficial to the customer and to Interior Logic Group – Property Services.

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience in the multi-family (property management or sales) or flooring industry
• 2-5 years of experience with consultative/solution-based business-to-business selling
• Ability to increase profitable new business with existing customers
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Maintain current, valid Driver License and proof of automobile insurance
• Computer savvy with experience using Salesforce or another CRM program

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related discipline

Position requires some daily travel by car in assigned territory with other travel on occasion.
