JOB DESCRIPTION

Want challenge and variety while working as part of a great small team in a construction environment?

If so, we have an immediate need for a full-time role that you should consider. We are seeking a personable, energetic, hard-working, organized, self-starter to join our team. This position will be heavily involved in the management of electrical construction projects and will assist and report to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. This position is full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work directly with Project Managers to help define and implement project goals and objectives
  • Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
  • Liaise with project lead and other Project Managers to maintain project schedules and efficacy
  • Assist with material submittals, procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
  • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
  • Coordinate with Project Manager and other project leads following project execution
  • Support Project Manager in project driven initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-5 years of proven and successful leadership experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
  • Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment to ensure successful project execution
  • Working knowledge of electrical means and methods and electrical construction tools
  • Computer literate with ability to utilize the Microsoft Suite of office software products
  • Ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively

Work environment: Typical construction office and onsite at construction projects
