Role Overview:

Program manager responsible for managing automation teams across both engineering and process automation initiatives. Person should hold experience in all or many of the following :

• Setting up automation teams and successfully delivered RPA projects
• Have knowledge / experience on the market leading tools like UI Path, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism
• Experience in managing engagements to deliver engineering automation
• Projects that have specifically test / release automation like UFT, Selenium/Tosca and experience in Devops/CI/CD setup
• Experience in managing technical/ engineering team
• Program, Risk and client management experience

Responsibilities:

Develop plan for Automation implementation including resource needs, timeline, scope, questions, collateral needed and output requirements

• Ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
• Lead Automation Migration effort in conjunction internal staff, client stakeholders and client SME’s
• Coordinate communication with all internal staff, stakeholders and SME’s
• Ensure timely execution of activities across Automation projects
• Communicate and escalate to client and emids leadership as appropriate
• Ensure deliverables are complete and meet/exceed client expectations
• Deliverable include, at a minimum:
• Automation Implementation Plan, Estimates, costs, timeline, etc.
• Development of any assumptions, risks
• Internal coordination to ensure migration plan meets/exceeds client objectives in all categories"
