We are seeking a Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Project Coordinator will be self-driven, have strong attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and enjoy an environment where you will be supporting a team. This position will be responsible for project scope coordination, planning, monitoring and delivery acceptance. In addition, it will support interserv as the primary point of contact to ensure the scope is clearly communicated, coordinated, and delivered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as primary lead and contact for project communication and coordination;
- Manages assigned projects from start to finish taking ownership for project results;
- Maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all project changes;
- Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Facilitates cooperation with business stakeholders internally and externally on behalf of interserv;
- General administrative duties such as scheduling and facilitating project related meetings with preset agendas distributed to attendees;
- Documents and distributes meeting minutes including action items;
- Regularly tracks and reports on project status to team members and business stakeholders;
- Document, track and resolve issues, mitigate risks and solve problems throughout the project life cycle;
- Coordinate sessions to track and manage business high-level requirements;
- Support a seamless handoff of project expectations and high-level requirements to interserv team members;
- Schedule and ensure the successful completion of Help Desk requests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- 2+ years project coordination or management experience;
- 3-5 years in a healthcare industry preferred;
- Experience in coordinating and providing support to large complex projects;
- Excellent customer service;
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present across all levels of the organization;
- Business acumen;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Accuracy and attention to detail a must;
- Results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, deliverables and deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects;
- Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,800.00 - $67,760.00 per year
