Job Description

Project Coordinator
FT: Greensboro, NC
Local construction/management company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator.

Project coordinator will oversee small parts of the larger project and will primarily be responsible for administrative tasks. Will work with various members of the project team and vendors to develop a time line, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.

*Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements, if applicable.

*Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

*Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.

*Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

*Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.

*Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

*Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

*Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

DUTIES:
Preparing and maintaining project documentation
Ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with utility providers
Coordinate with local municipalities to secure all necessary permits
Create and implement checklists to help facilitate project (from start to finish)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of three years’ experience in construction (preferred but not required), residential properties, property management, rental operations or related business operations is required.

Available to work days, evenings & weekends.

Valid DL, insurance and must have their own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
