As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Care Coordination team providing high quality healthcare navigation to individuals, enrollees, and their families/caregiver. In this role you will provide project support and coordination to the team facilitating high quality care to enrollee’s and their families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Compile and record reports, and correspondence. Perform basic data/information analysis and synthesis.
  • Manage calendars, to include travel bookings for assigned members of leadership
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours
  • Create project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for project
  • Perform various clerical or administrative functions, such as coordinating and planning team meetings, and preparing presentation decks.
  • Perform budget reconciliation duties, preparing and sending financial reports, and keeping financial records
  • Build trusting and sustainable relationships and engage teammates and customers/family/care givers by showing ownership.
  • Display compassion and empathy in all customer/family/care giver interactions.
  • Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: combination of education and relevant work experience accepted
  • 2+ Years’ experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in software applications that include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic
  • Customer focus and adaptability to work effectively with different personality traits
  • Experience working with business technology applications with the ability to learn new and sometimes complicated systems


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in prior roles
