  • ?A background in client relationship leadership - within a coaching or L&D setting a plus.
  • Experience leading successful program/projects and cross functional team efforts (5+ years).
  • A track record of managing and building a revenue stream within an account management environment (5+ years).
  • A passion for exceeding client service levels.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of leadership including the c-suite internally/externally.
  • Experience working with / or servicing blue chip organizations.
  • An appetite to work within a fast-paced business with an entrepreneurial spirit and a big heart.
  • Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager is a role supporting the North American PMO team with the management and execution of projects and targeted growth of select client accounts. You will be a professional first point of contact for your assigned clients, working as a credible and trusted partner, overseeing the global portfolio of services and insuring the highest level of support. You will support BTS Leadership & Coach internal operations and business development by successfully partnering to manage the execution of Leadership Program deliveries from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management - Fully ‘inside’ clients and client programs and devise a robust and measurable strategic plan at the start of each financial year with targeted results and scheduled activity.
  • Account Servicing - Accountable for the delivery of top class service management as per the bespoke SLAs & KPIs and BTS Coach policies to ensure that we are consistently meeting the client’s needs.
  • Project Management – You will be accountable for leading all project planning, facilitating launch activities, and manage client service levels throughout the lifecycle of your client’s project deployment.
  • Commercial relationships – Operate at a global level to secure demand planning data from the client and use this for strategic planning and financial forecasting.
