Department: Juvenile Justice
Location: Administrative Office

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Manager provides supervision of staff, as well as implementation, evaluation and assistance in the development of programming. Writes reports and maintains contract compliances. Works within the community to develop relationships and secure referral sources. The goal of the program is to provide direct service to client, accomplished through individual, group and family counseling, outreach in the community and collaboration with referral sources
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field required for DCFS and counseling programs
- Bachelor's degree (accepted for programs: Prevention and Evening Reporting Center)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working with at-risk adolescents in the related field is required
