Job Description
Primary Skills: Business/Operations support, stakeholder, strategic/analytical
Location – Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Contract Type: W2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead programs including strategy development, supporting analysis, and stakeholder engagement for VDC.
  • Work closely with business operations leaders, marketing operations, regional sales leaders, and our principal architect to develop processes and strategies for best-in-class programs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and articulate tradeoffs, influence business decisions, and drive an aligned sales support strategy for the client.
  • Provide operational direction and execution of VDC projects, including the VDC Engage process to ensure successful execution of programs.
  • Own VDC Engage from DRT perspective and partner with the core team to review submissions, evaluate and escalate necessary programs to Intake Board for formal review. For approved programs, partner with sales enablement and analytics to ensure execution and reporting is fulfilled.
  • For the newly assigned project, support the team in collecting requirements and document them
  • Develop, communicate and reinforce program processes and policies.
  • Identify and track issues around processes and governance and manage through to resolution.
  • Ensure all processes are well documented and maintained up to date.

Qualifications
  • You have 3+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Support, Operations, or similar role that requires strategic and tactical execution.
  • You are detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent presentation skills, capable of running efficient and productive meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • You are an analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
  • You have a proven ability and desire to drive initiatives with minimal structure.
  • Desire to work within a fast-paced Tech environment, enjoy constant change and challenge with new business demands and priorities.
  • Business-focused, with an ability to understand, prioritize and balance day-to-day with long-term Sales goals and deliverables.
