Job Description
Cerner’s Client Success Delivery organization is hiring a new Program Manager I. As a Program Manager I, you will lead program development and management of value advisory offerings to our clients, and design and deliver program education and training to key stakeholders. You will develop business processes to achieve program vision and objectives alongside strategy groups and value advisory leadership teams. You will understand and define success criteria to manage and grow the program you are supporting. You will define and execute communication plans to highlight key program attributes and share client success stories. In addition, you will monitor and report program performance against defined goals and objectives and research and apply best practice methodologies in program development and execution.Back to Description

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • 1 year of project/program management experience
    • 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year of experience writing and presenting materials to clients

Expectations
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
