Production Manager

We're looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Libertyville. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about the overall management and compliance of all production operations at Libertyville and be able to reliably deliver the successful launch of Business Line G3 and Troniq100 assembly and test at Libertyville. Capacity aligned with demand and output in line with weekly objectives.

As a Production Manager based in our Libertyville office you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team that is responsible for the timely manufacture and delivery of units assembled and tested on site.

What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for production planning, capacity alignment according to requirements, day-to-day management of production team, solution execution, efficiency of the operation, KPI development and reporting, orientation of support services to ensure production compliance (Safety, Quality, Quantity). You will work from our office in Libertyville and report to the Director Manufacturing Libertyville.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

• Plan Production according to demand signals
• Align production capacity with demand
• Align safety of Production with OSHA requirements
• Align processes with maximum efficiency
• Set (and monitor in real time) appropriate KPIs
• Instigate proactive and corrective improvement actions where necessary

You'll be leaving your mark in this important field for a sustainable future.

What you'll bring to the team

• Natural people manager with a team orientation
• A strong negotiator, facilitator, and planner
• At least 5 years of successful production management experience in a similar industry/manufacturing setting
• An Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
